Senior Data Scientist

Description:

For an international organization in Valencia, Spain, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Data Scientist with Python and Amazon Web Services experience. As Data Engineer you will implement data pipelines and using data mining and predictive modelling techniques to gain insights, predict behaviours, and generate value from customer data.

Candidates need to be willing to work normal office hours (8:00 to 16.30 CET) in Valencia. This positions is long-term.

Tasks and responsabilities:

• Analysis of current data management architecture in the FRIM ecosystem;
• Design a new architecture for a more effective and efficient data management specially on the IoT data;
• Implementation of the designed data architecture including a Data Lake and Data Pipelines;
• Identify steps in the data pipeline where to add data quality checks;
• Develop data processes to perform the data quality checks;
• Provide technical documentation;
• Report on timely basis;
• Support other projects with data engineer activities as required;
• Quality Assurance;
• Deliver proper documentation for each deliverable;
• Data products delivered are completed and reliable;
• Provide thoughtful technical advice;
• Delivers work within the requested timelines;
