Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct LinkedIn searches using relevant keywords to identify target contacts (e.g., Managers, HR professionals).
✅ Validate and verify work email addresses for accuracy.
✅ Efficiently enter and maintain data in the system.
✅ Regularly update and refresh data to ensure consistency.
✅ Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
✅ Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
✅ Collaborate with team members to maintain data quality and consistency.
Requirements:
🔹 Strong experience in data analysis, data scraping, and research.
🔹 Proficiency in various data tools and extensions.
🔹 Deep command of Excel, including advanced features (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
🔹 Familiarity with trending data tools and automation techniques.
🔹 Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
🔹 Experience working with CRM tools is a plus.
