Senior Creative Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Creative Manager to lead our creative team with our client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer insights, the ability to develop powerful creative ideas, and a track record of executing innovative campaigns for blue-chip multinational and local clients. With 3-5 years of experience in the creative industry, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence, managing client relationships, and inspiring our design team to deliver exceptional solutions across various platforms and mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy:
 

  • Consumer Insights: Identify strong consumer insights to drive creative strategy and campaign development.
  • Creative Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions and develop compelling creative ideas that resonate with client objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Take creative concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency across platforms and mediums.
     

Client Engagement:
 

  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing high-quality solutions.
  • Pitch Presentations: Create powerful and compelling pitch presentations that showcase our creative concepts and capabilities.
  • Ongoing Projects: Manage ongoing client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
     

Design Team Leadership:
 

  • Design Guidance: Guide and inspire design and other relevant team members to create unique and engaging designs and animations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that design work aligns with client expectations and maintains high-quality standards.
     

High-Pressure Deadlines:
 

  • Deadline Management: Handle high-pressure work delivery deadlines effectively, ensuring on-time project completion.
     

Leadership and Team Inspiration:
 

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding creative work within given timelines.
     

Content Creation:
 

  • Content Writing: Possess strong content writing skills to craft compelling copy and messaging for campaigns.
     

Industry Knowledge:
 

  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about how leading brands develop their communication and remain up-to-date with global and local industry trends.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the creative industry, with a focus on marketing services.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and ideation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in design software and creative tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure work delivery deadlines.
