Senior Cost Estimation Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer at The Dispatch Force BPO in Lahore. As a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for tasks related to cost management, analytical skills, project estimation, budgeting, and cost control in the construction industry of high rise buildings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

1-3 years in US construction takeoffs, site design, land development, and permitting.

Skills:

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Proficient in interpreting bid documents and technical drawings (Plans, Sections, Elevations).

· Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets, and expertise in Plan Swift.

· Project management abilities for overseeing construction initiatives.

· Familiar with bid management processes and cost-control strategies.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills.
