Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development and Strategy:
• Develop social and digital content strategies aligned with client's brand messaging, objectives, and target audiences.
• Craft detailed social personas that reflect the brand’s tone and voice.
• Write and edit innovative copy, including social media posts, digital ads, web copy, white papers, and infographics.
• Create social creative briefs incorporating key insights and messaging for campaigns.
2. Social Media Management:
• Guide the social media content calendar, recommend publishing strategies, and optimize content across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to boost client engagement and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Oversee and engage in proactive communication on client social media accounts.
3. Influencer and Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, crafting detailed briefs and managing influencer campaigns.
• Manage and grow client portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting revenue goals.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Research and Insights:
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to inform strategic plans and content opportunities.
• Analyze social media trends and insights to drive campaign strategies and enhance the creative process.
5. Collaboration and Presentation:
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the Creative and Digital teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy execution.
• Present concepts, strategies, and performance reports to clients and internal teams, adjusting strategies based on feedback. Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Copywriting, Business, or a related field, or a comparable record of professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content.
• Proven experience in social media strategy and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media platforms.
