Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Channel Management: Develop and execute communication plans for social media, push notifications, and in-app stories to ensure consistent engagement.
- Performance Optimization: Meet and maintain critical metrics such as SLA, CSAT, and Social Sentiment.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze social media trends using analytical tools and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports.
- Community Engagement: Respond to user interactions, fostering trust and loyalty to enhance brand reputation.
- Content Creation: Design engaging and trend-oriented content, including memes and relevant materials, to increase audience interaction.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams using tools like Asana to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in Social Media Marketing and Community Management.
- Skills:
- Strong content creation capabilities; experience in meme marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, with a flair for customer interaction.
- Personality Traits:
- Proactive, organized, and articulate, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willing to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
