Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Engage with qualified leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into long-term clients through effective closing techniques.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points to tailor solutions that best fit their requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine and implement effective sales strategies and best practices that drive results.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to stakeholders, articulating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and insights to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a closing role, preferably in [industry or sector].
