Senior Clinical Research Associate

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) responsible for monitoring clinical trials, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining regulatory standards to join our growing team in Pakistan. Please note this is an on-site position based in our Lahore office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform as a member of the project team with the goal to contribute towards efficient management of trials.

-Performs mandatory accompanied monitoring visits, discusses protocol, other available study documentation and study requirements with Investigator and other trial staff, and ensures that trial staff and site facilities and the site’s recruitment potential are in accordance with protocol requirements, local regulations, ICH-GCP and OrciTrials SOPs.

-Communicates effectively with site personnel and OrciTrials supervisor update the study tracker with latest study status.

-To update the study tracker with latest safety updates from allocated sites.

-Liaises with site to resolve data discrepancies and ensure all study goals are met as per supervisor instruction.

-Performs other duties as assigned by management.

-Supervise employees engaged in clinical research under your purview.

-Prepare Clinical Operations SOPs.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- Bachelors or Masters in health sciences or a related field.

- Extensive academic and research experience with minimum 2 years of monitoring experience.

- Proven experience in clinical research, preferably within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry.

- Fluency in both Urdu and English is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
