Senior Civil Engineer

B3 Builders is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in high-rise construction (G+8 or above) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong project execution, site management, and leadership skills to drive successful project completion.

This is an on-site position based in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

🏗 Project Execution: Oversee structural, architectural, and MEP coordination for high-rise construction projects
🏗 Site Management: Manage contractors, labor, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
🏗 Quality Control & Safety: Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry quality standards
🏗 Planning & Scheduling: Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project for efficient project scheduling and planning
🏗 BOQ & Budgeting: Conduct cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and procurement planning
🏗 MEP & Finishing Supervision: Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works to ensure quality standards
🏗 Leadership & Reporting: Provide technical guidance, team management, and stakeholder reporting
🏗 Software Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD for design reviews and modifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Education: BSc in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered)
✅ Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in high-rise construction (G+8 or above)
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project
✅ Project Management: Strong knowledge of structural, MEP, finishing works, and cost estimation
✅ Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage teams, coordinate with vendors, and report progress to stakeholders
✅ Safety & Compliance: Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
