As a key player in our success, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar power, and ultimately converting them into satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone calls to discuss their energy needs and introduce them to the advantages of solar energy solutions.
- Clearly and concisely explain the features and benefits of our solar products and services, tailoring your approach to each customer's unique requirements.
- Address customer concerns and objections with professionalism and knowledge, effectively overcoming sales hurdles.
- Secure customer appointments for in-home consultations with solar energy specialists.
- Build rapport and trust with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and timely call records and reports.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, continuously improving your sales skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in call center sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills, coupled with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Basic understanding of the benefits of solar energy and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using Five9 Dialer and other relevant call center technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, sales, renewable energy) preferred.
