Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a call center representative, experience in a senior representative role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good time-management, multitasking and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure and difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Fluency in English is required
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
