Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), and Dynamics 365, combined with exceptional sales and client engagement skills. As a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving sales, providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
· Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and VIVA
· Understand the technical aspects of the platforms, their features, and integration possibilities to propose innovative solutions to clients.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Microsoft cloud solutions can address their challenges and drive value.
· Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design customized cloud solutions for clients.
· Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Microsoft cloud services.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
· Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to help clients achieve their business objectives through Microsoft cloud solutions.
· Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
· Use CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
· Assist clients in understanding the technical requirements and dependencies of implementing Microsoft cloud solutions.
· Offer guidance on best practices, security, compliance, and governance.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical specialists, to align efforts and achieve sales targets.
· Work closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
· Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and enhance our offerings.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Consultant or in a similar technical sales role.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), and Dynamics 365, including their various services and offerings.
· Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a track record of successful client engagements and sales closures.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, security, and data privacy.
· Experience working with CRM and sales pipeline management tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
· Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure certifications, Microsoft 365 certifications) would be a plus.
