Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and capture business requirements for IT projects.

- Analyze client pain points and recommend optimal solutions to achieve organizational objectives.

- Document requirements and business solutions clearly for stakeholders, development, and test teams.

- Assess the impact and feasibility of recommended solutions from a business perspective. - Manage changes to business requirements and

conduct impact analysis.

- Work closely with the development and test teams to ensure accurate and bug-free solution delivery.

- Assist end users in understanding and adapting to new solutions, minimizing organizational resistance to change.

- Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to monitor distribution performance, ASM targets, B2B deals, and collections.

- Partner with finance and warehouse teams to plan sales forecasts, recovery, purchase orders, and budgets.

- Analyze sales data to enhance productivity and performance against quotas.

- Prepare monthly sales targets based on stock availability and economic conditions across Pakistan.

- Assist management in developing, reviewing, and analyzing sales budgets and forecasts.

- Evaluate line of business operations for profitability

and recommend operational changes. - Guide sales teams in entering accurate forecasts in CRM tools and generate forecast reports.

- Align with ERP-CRM reporting administrators to reflect sales structures accurately.

- Coordinate the sales reporting and forecasting process for senior management.

- Generate ad hoc reports for nationwide sales teams.

- Provide necessary information and guidance to forecasting teams for short and long-range forecasts.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems.
