Makkaan is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and develop strategic partnerships in the real estate sector. This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, along with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
Responsibilities:
Lead business development initiatives to drive company growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
