Description:
We are looking for an Senior Business Developer who will be responsible for managing the entire process using freelance platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn and ensuring a high level of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. Analyze competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Generate leads and convert them into profitable partnerships.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports to management on progress against sales targets, market trends, and competitive activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS , IT and related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
