Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to enhance market presence and acquire new clients.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant channels to generate leads.
- Engage in cold emailing and calling strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation techniques.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continually refine strategies.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to represent Tech Stone and build a professional network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the software industry.
- Demonstrated experience in generating leads through LinkedIn, cold emails/calls, Upwork, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
