Upscale Valley, an Amazon media agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development and a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for the agency, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition targets • Able to generate business from Outbound reach and LinkedIn • Develop and implement strategies for pursuing new business, including sales and marketing initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and finance, to execute business development initiatives • Manage the agency's sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and close • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and marketing • Represent the agency at industry events and conferences • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world business situations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate business development strategies to cross-functional teams and clients • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Knowledge of Amazon's business development policies and procedures is a plus.
