If you do have the right experience and can manage the complete business development process (i.e. from lead generation to deal closing), this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development - Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting - Generate qualified leads through various channels such as Upwork, Fiver, LinkedIn, contracting, cold-calling, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Proposal Development - Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals that align with client requirements and objectives.
- Sales Process Management - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Market Analysis - Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Targets - Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically, analyze data, and develop innovative strategies to drive business growth.
- Negotiation Skills: Adept at negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
