Senior Business Development Executive

 

Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will maintain relationships with existing clients and build new relationships with potential clients. You will focus on managing ongoing projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is not a target-based role; however, your dedication and focus will be crucial in maintaining team targets and contributing to overall business growth. You will work closely with connected departments and teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the teams to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business plans to potential clients.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
