Description:
The ideal candidate for this position must have a wealth of experience in every phase of the sales cycle. They should be confident when it comes to forging new client connections and maintaining existing ones. Moreover, they should be able to demonstrate their impressive skills and exhibit exceptional negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on various organizations and individuals using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and others to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, business proposals, etc. in order to establish a connection and arrange meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication with current clients.
- Oversee leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in writing is a must, as the candidate will be required to tailor proposals based on different projects.
- Conduct market analysis and identify competitive advantages.
- Monitor metrics to ensure that targets are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with Min 2+ years of Experience in the sales industry preferably in I.T Business Development.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiver, Upwork is must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Salesforce experience is preferred
