Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and relationship building.
- Understand the project requirements of potential clients and align them with our company's capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our company's expertise and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and exceed client expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT projects and solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new projects and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
