Position: Senior Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across Apex Properties, Apex Construction, and our tech company.
- Craft and implement a cohesive brand strategy for Apex Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform brand positioning.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including marketing collateral, website content, and social media posts, that reflects the brand’s voice and mission.
- Work closely with sales, development, and product teams to ensure brand strategies align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in branding across all internal and external communications.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and technology markets, with experience in these industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
