✅ Brand Identity Development – Design and develop a comprehensive brand identity that aligns with company values and objectives.
✅ Creative Leadership – Lead the creative direction for all brand-related projects, ensuring a consistent and impactful visual identity across all platforms.
✅ Social Media & Digital Assets – Create visually compelling and engaging content for various social media campaigns, digital marketing materials, and promotional assets.
✅ Collaboration & Consistency – Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all platforms.
✅ Trend Awareness & Innovation – Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep our brand identity fresh and innovative.
✅ Mentorship & Team Management – Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.

Requirements & Skills:

✔ Proven experience as a Senior Brand Designer or Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and social media design.
✔ Expertise in developing brand identities and creating visually appealing, high-quality content.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
✔ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
✔ A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for creativity and innovation.
