Description:
Finex Outsourcing is urgently hiring a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team in Lahore. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper with a strong background in accounting software and excellent communication skills to directly interact with clients. If you have at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience and are ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
✔ Understand document flow, sources of income, and categorization of expenses.
✔ Prepare monthly bills for services provided by vendors, including utilities, telecom, etc.
✔ Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
✔ Review financial data for accuracy and ensure proper transaction recording.
✔ Prepare payroll records, including tax and other deductions for employees.
✔ Process payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and net wages for all employees.
✔ Software Expertise: Thorough understanding and proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, and Excel.
✔ Proactive & Self-Driven: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
✔ Strong Client Communication: Ability to manage direct bookkeeping with clients, including communication of financial information.
✔ Education: M.Com, B.Com (Hons), or equivalent degree in accounting or finance.
✔ Experience: Minimum 1+ year of bookkeeping experience (Experience with UK-based clients or outsourcing is preferred).
