eSpark Consulting Group is looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Bidder to join our team on a project basis. As a Senior Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying potential projects, preparing bid proposals, and submitting them to prospective clients. This role is essential for the growth of our company and requires strong communication. You will play a pivotal role in our growth journey, utilizing your exceptional skills in identifying potential projects, crafting compelling bid proposals, and securing exciting contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Bark, LinkedIn, etc.
• Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements.
• Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget.
• Managing relationships with existing clients on Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant platforms.
• Communicating with clients via phone, Zoom, or Skype as needed.
• Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance portals daily to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales.

Requirements:

• A proven record of working experience on different bidding portals i.e., Upwork, Bark, freelancer, and others.
• Experience with interacting with clients in the US/ UK / Canada/ Australia.
• Sound Knowledge of English Communication & Proposal Writing Skills against various Bids
• Flexible in performing various shifts depending on availability and requirements.
• Coordinating with our team of developers, designers, marketing specialists, and accountants
• We are looking for individuals who specifically have experience sending proposals in the niches of Web Development, Software Development, Hardware Designing, and Mechanical Designing.

Experience: 1 year of experience in freelancing platforms, sales, and software or technology industry.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a field relevant related field
