Senior Architect

Description:

Castle Shepherd Gilmour (CSG) is an architecture and engineering firm specializing in prestigious international projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality architectural solutions that meet regulatory standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead the architectural design and development of projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
✔ Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors for project success.
✔ Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related challenges.
✔ Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and designers.
✔ Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
✔ Ensure projects align with company goals, budget, and timeline constraints.
✔ Oversee submissions to regulatory authorities (CDA, RDA, GDA).

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
✅ 6+ years of experience in architectural design, planning, and execution.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
✅ Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
✅ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills.
✅ Architectural license/certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

🔹 Knowledge of BIM and 3D visualization tools.
🔹 Experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
