Senior Architect

•  Strong understanding of Architecture design processes and techniques.  Proficiency In the relevant Software's such as AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3D Modelling and other presentations related to projects. Good Leadership and communication skills
• with ability to inspire and guide the team.  Strategic thinking and ability to align the department goals with overall companies vision.  Strong problem solving abilities and results driven approach.  Adaptability to changing project demands and industry trends.

Description:

• Middle east and high rise building design experience will be plus
• Manage and Lead the operations of Concethe pt Design Department.
• Manage and supervise the project objectives and Team allocation.
• Collaborate with the Client and all stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, ambitions, and objectives.
• Collaborate with the related Authorities to the project for guidelines and approval requirements.
• Manage the Project assignments, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Well-versed with International and local Building, Fire, and ADA codes and their applicability to the projects.
• Provide and encourage innovation in the team by staying updated with modern industry trends and technologies.
• Review and approve final presentations, reports, and submissions to ensure quality and control.
• Contribute to the growth of the department through recruitment  and talent hunt acquisitions.
• Represent the Department in cross-departmental collaborations and  company leadership meetings.
