Description:

As a Senior Ads Manager (Google Meta Ads Expert), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing highly effective advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will play a critical role in driving our clients' growth by leveraging your expertise in digital advertising to optimize ad performance, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to meet client goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns, including search, display, video, and social media ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve ad performance and drive conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of ROI.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their growth and development.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative ad strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
