Senior Accountant

Description:

HQ-360 is looking for an experienced QuickBooks Specialist for their Head office in Karachi for night shift. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks software and possess strong accounting skills.

· Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, *QB Online is MANDATORY*

. Conduct thorough cash audits to ensure precision and integrity in financial transactions.

· Hands of experience of bank reconciliation on QuickBooks Online.

. Monitor and record client expenses, ensuring proper categorization and compliance with company and client policies.

· Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data through regular audits and validation processes.

· Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by stakeholders.

· Must have accounting knowledge.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
