Senior Account Executive

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Executive at Omni Motorsport Pvt Ltd. The role involves responsibility for maintaining the financial and bookkeeping system required to assure the integrity and effective performance of our financial operations

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Timely prepare and examine financial documents (e.g. invoices, vouchers, and budgets), other documents for payment and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of financial data, including accounting classifications and computations
• Review, reconcile and monitor all accounts, including major accounts, advances given to staff, motor vehicle fuel purchases, and petty cash operations involving cash advances
• Manage the office’s financial and contractual files
• Implement and maintain detailed financial reporting and reimbursement process in accordance with Omni Motorsport’s established financial system
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
