Senior 3d Modeler And Rigger

Quixotic Creatives is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Modeler & Rigger to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and rigging, with hands-on expertise in creating high-quality models ready for animation. While animation skills are preferred, they are not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop detailed 3D models of characters, props and converting of 3D models into Vtubers.
• Create efficient and functional rigs for characters and assets to support animation needs.
• Optimize models for performance and compatibility across different platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and animators to ensure models meet artistic and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot rigging issues and implement improvements when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in 3D modeling and rigging (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, and texturing.
• Expertise in rigging, including creating skeletal systems and control rigs.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of animation is a plus but not required.
