Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 2D animations for custom and non-custom projects.

Ensure smooth movement, character expressions, and detailed visual storytelling.

Work closely with storyboard artists, designers, and other animators to produce seamless animations.

Maintain consistency in animation styles while adapting to different project requirements.

Lead, mentor, and train a team of animators, providing guidance and constructive feedback.

Oversee animation workflows, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver accordingly.

Encourage a positive and collaborative team environment that

fosters creativity and innovation.

Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques.

Optimize animation processes for efficiency and productivity.

Troubleshoot animation and technical issues within projects. Requirements:

4+ years of experience in 2D animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both custom and non-custom animation.

Proficiency in Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects, and other industry-standard animation software.

Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion dynamics.

Experience in leading and mentoring teams, managing workflows, and ensuring quality control.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications:

Experience in character animation, motion graphics.

Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role in an animation studio.

Knowledge of rigging and frame-by-frame animation techniques.
