Pixle Digital Agency is looking for a Senior 2D Animator to lead its dynamic team of 2D animators. This position is for a highly skilled professional with strong leadership qualities who can manage and mentor junior artists while ensuring the delivery of top-tier animation solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the 2D animation team to achieve exceptional results.
• Develop and refine creative processes to ensure the team stays ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of animation projects.
• Deliver high-quality animation work that exceeds client expectations.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in 2D animation or a related field.
• A strong portfolio that showcases exceptional 2D animation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
