Description:
The Security Briefing Representative is responsible for engaging with customers via phone to provide clear, professional, and detailed explanations about the security features and best practices of the company's tracking devices. This role emphasizes building trust by addressing customer concerns related to data security, privacy, and proper usage of the products in a remote, call-based format.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone-based security briefings for customers, explaining product security features, data handling protocols, and safe usage practices.
- Proactively reach out to customers for scheduled briefings and follow-up support.
- Clearly explain technical aspects of tracking devices, such as data encryption, GPS functionality, and data storage protocols, in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting security-related concerns remotely.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on activating secure features, such as two-factor authentication or device locking..
- Address concerns about data privacy and demonstrate the company’s commitment to customer security.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, including customer questions, issues, and resolutions, using CRM software.
- Report recurring security-related queries or issues to the product development team for improvement.
- Stay updated on new security features, updates, or policies to provide the latest information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar call-based role, preferably in the technology or IT industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
