ZetaCorp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary/Executive Assistant to support our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in administrative and clerical tasks to support business operations.
  • Proficiently use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to streamline administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and task management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
