Students Welfare Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering remote area students through quality education and talent development programs.

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Secretary General to support our CEO/Founder and lead our team towards achieving our mission. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a passion for education and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the CEO/Founder in strategic planning and decision-making
- Lead and manage teams, volunteers, and staff members
- Develop and implement operational plans and policies
- Coordinate events, webinars, and conferences
- Manage fundraising, grant writing, and donor engagement
- Ensure governance, compliance, and financial management

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Passion for education and social impact
