We are seeking an SEO lead who will be resolving all SEO-related technical issues, team management & calendar publishing as well. The responsible person will research and implement trending keywords to bring more traffic while also analysing analytics and adjusting content to reach viewing targets
Once You Are Here, You Will
- Conduct Keywords research for new avenues as well update the current categories
- Review and validate Blog Structures of all team members.
- Responsible for the ranking of assigned as well project keywords Monitor reporting team member’s ON & OFF page work
- Responsible for one dedicated persona on all network domains (irrespective of multi-regional nature)
- Approve the website and Guest Post Topics from where we can get back-links of project’s websites
- Increase the organic traffic of the website by using effective strategies.
- Increase the Domain Authority of the website
- Review technical SEO issues and ensure timely fixes on it.
- Paying particular attention to any significant Google algorithmic changes
- Keeping up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing
- Responsible for competitor gap analysis of all reporting personas.
- Manage and mentor the new talent on our systems as per our SOPs and workflows.
- Provide creative leadership and governance on projects and to all team members.
- Managing & guiding your assigned team in terms of tasks and their operational needs as well.
- Daily reporting as per standards operating procedures of his/her team
- Coordinate with Content leads for all content issues, intent understanding, or other write-up related matters.
- Direct coordination with Content manager in case of non-availability of Content lead.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in SEO, including at least X years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Moz) are a plus.
