Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, and content optimization strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure best SEO practices are implemented across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.

✅ Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and marketing campaigns.

✅ Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and backlink strategies.

✅ Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO elements.

✅ Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).

✅ Develop and execute content optimization strategies for blogs, landing pages, and web content.

✅ Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

✅ Work with developers to fix technical SEO issues and improve website structure.

✅ Track and report on SEO performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

✅ Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

✅ Experience with keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

✅ Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

✅ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website structure for SEO optimization.

✅ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

✅ Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

✅ Experience in real estate SEO is a plus.
