Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Johar Town, Lahore. This role is essential in managing timelines, resolving issues, and coaching development teams on Agile methodologies. You will coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring that teams remain aligned with project goals and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to drive Agile efficiency.
- Provide coaching on Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP to team members.
- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the point of contact for external communications, including customer and stakeholder interactions.
- Assist the Product Owner in managing backlogs and new requests efficiently.
- Identify and resolve conflicts, obstacles, and bottlenecks that hinder progress.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to achieve higher Scrum maturity and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., Definition of Done, User Stories, Automated Testing, Backlog Refinement).
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to remove project roadblocks.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple Agile projects.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
