Description:
We are looking for an efficient Project Manager at Phaedra Solutions, where you will play a crucial role in facilitating practices and processes within our development teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure that our projects are delivered successfully, on time, and with the highest quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your project manager skills while contributing to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to the Scrum team.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Familiar with the use of agile planning, monitoring and adapting tools & techniques.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Foster collaboration and communication within and outside the Scrum team.
- Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Ensure the availability of SCRUM metrics to all stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a product backlog.
- Monitor and report on project progress, using Agile metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere and promote a culture of continuous learning
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering or a related subject
Experience
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
