This position will enable you to interact with an Agile team of in-house Salesforce and integration systems professionals from around the world. We are in search of a highly motivated Scrum Master who is excited about utilizing their technical project management skills to lead projects from conception to completion in an Agile environment across multiple CRM teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as Servant leader to an Agile team
- Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from Scaled Agile practices and values
- Coach Agile scrum teams in self-organization and continuous improvement
- Guide the Agile team to consistently delivery customer value
- Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Scrum teams
- Facilitate Scrum events including, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.
- Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate status transparency
- Enforce attention to detail in system usage to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to increase the effectiveness of Scaled Agile.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in a relevant field (business or technology) or experience, with understanding of the financial services industry
- Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master
- Strong Critical Thinking and analytical skills
- Deep knowledge of and passion for Agile/Scrum including Agile metrics and reporting techniques
- Good understanding of SAFe.
- Communication skills (presentational, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and at all levels)
- Salesforce Certifications or willingness to achieve Admin certification within first year
- Ability to clearly bring together and document software requirements
- Experience working effectively in a dynamic development environment within large, global teams
- You will be able to resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or critical issue
- Aptitude for nurturing self-organizing, high performing teams via servant leadership, individual coaching, and mentoring
- Proficient in the use of Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Willing to work in Evening/ Night Shift.
