Responsibilities
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Process all LHR region offer letters, resignations, termination and experience letters with soft and hard form
• Labor and staff issues resolve timely
• Follow up on all sides
• To regularly check wages and over time, maintain a record
• To make sure the entries are correct in SAP and Excel file
• To make sure leavers, the final settlement, new joiner file is maintained
• To check the biometrics of new staff and ensure problem-related are addressed
• To see that new joiner entry is regularly updated in the system
• To follow up and provide the SIM to new joiner
• Timely and accurately shared all relevant details to the accounts department like a new joiner, final settlement and bank accounts in the last week of the month.
• To issue a bank opening letter to new joiners if needed
• Before joining new staff, cross-verify the concerned person’s experience letter and last salary details. After joining the office, take an ID card Copy and a picture and maintain it in soft and hard form.
• To strictly provide the resolution of queries of all staff within a day.
Qualifications: Master/BBA HR
