Sap Hcm/abap Analyst

THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM/ABAP analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our SAP team, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the SAP HCM module and developing custom solutions using ABAP programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM processes, coupled with expertise in ABAP programming for tailored enhancements and integrations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for a candidate having 7+ years of experience with the following skill set:

Minimum three full life cycle implementations in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 Hana.

Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAP Script, and smart Forms, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exit, Screen Exit, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, ALE, BAPI, and BADI.

Strong experience for SAP Integration with Third Party Applications.

Extensive knowledge and experience of SAP HCM Module covering all aspects of SAP (PY, OM, PA, TM.)

Strong knowledge in configuration of wage types, subtypes, calendar Schedules, payroll posting, remuneration statement, generation of customized pay slip. Managing and processing payroll with posting to accounting of employees in SAP HCM.

Knowledge of maintaining employees master data management through upload program LSMW.

Worked on time management, Absences, Time Evaluation, Holidays, Schema (TM00, TM04

Strong experience of reporting using SAP Query and Ad hoc Query.

Proven experience of participating in SAP implementation projects.

Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies and trends.

SAP certification in HCM and ABAP is a big plus.

Knowledge of FMCG/Foods industry is a big plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
