We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Front Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients on platforms like Bark and Upwork to generate leads and secure clients for our comprehensive suite of digital marketing and design services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize Bark and Upwork to identify potential clients seeking services related to SMM, SEO, Web Design & Development, Graphic Design, and PPC.

2. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our services as solutions.

3. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and quotes for potential clients, tailored to their specific requirements.

4. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and secure new clients.

5. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3yrs experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or design services.

• Strong understanding of SMM, SEO, Web Design & Development, Graphic Design, and PPC services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using platforms like Bark and Upwork for lead generation.
