Salesforce Sr. Business Analyst

Description:

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will take a lead role in understanding and defining business requirements, and designing and delivering complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. This includes providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, as well as acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams.

Required Experience

• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization

• Experience with complex Salesforce implementations

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

• Experience with process mapping and workflow design

• Mentorship or team lead experience preferred

Salesforce Certification

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (highly preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

1. Lead requirements gathering and analysis for complex Salesforce projects

2. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

3. Design and document end-to-end business processes and solutions

4. Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams

5. Manage and prioritize business requirements and user stories

Additional Skills

1. Experience with process improvement and business process reengineering

2. Knowledge of Salesforce governance and change management

3. Project management and vendor management skills
