Key Responsibilities:

💻 Salesforce Development & Customization:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create workflows, triggers, and automation to streamline business processes.
• Design and implement custom objects, fields, and reports as per business needs.

🔗 Integration & API Management:

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure seamless data synchronization between systems.

🔧 System Maintenance & Optimization:

• Ensure system security, performance, and best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance system capabilities.

📊 Collaboration & Testing:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct unit testing and manage deployments across different environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user support when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
🔹 Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
🔹 Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration methods.
• Familiarity with Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Data Loader.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce security best practices.
  🔹 Certifications:
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I) are a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
