This full-time, on-site role in Multan is ideal for a highly motivated individual passionate about empowering teams through effective training and development. The Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs aimed at elevating the sales and customer service performance of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive sales training sessions for new hires and existing team members.

• Develop tailored training materials, manuals, and presentations that cater to diverse learning styles.

• Deliver impactful customer service training to improve client interactions and satisfaction.

• Evaluate and assess training effectiveness through feedback, observations, and performance metrics.

• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales staff to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.

• Foster a culture of communication, collaboration, and continuous professional development within the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proven experience in conducting sales training and developing training programs.

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively engage and motivate an audience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Expertise in customer service principles and practices.

• Ability to customize training approaches to meet the individual needs of team members.

• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
