Sales Team Leader

Description:

As a Credit Card Team Leader at MindZBASE, you will oversee and lead a team responsible for credit card operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of credit card services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing and motivating the team to achieve departmental targets, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of credit card specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Develop and implement strategies to meet credit card sales targets, drive card activation, and promote customer engagement.

Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to improve results.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute credit card campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards in credit card operations.

Handle escalated customer issues or disputes, striving to achieve effective resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.

Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.

Generate reports and present findings to senior management regarding team performance and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in credit card operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong understanding of credit card products, sales techniques, and customer service principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.

Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
