The Team Leader for Call Center Sales is responsible for supervising, motivating, and guiding a team of sales agents to achieve performance targets and exceed KPIs. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, driving sales growth, and maintaining an engaging and positive team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Supervise and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure team members are meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost team performance and meet sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement to achieve KPIs.
  • Ensure the team adheres to sales scripts and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and conduct regular refresher training sessions.
  • Take proactive measures to address any shortfalls in KPI performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the management team.
  • Ensure the team complies with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
  • Monitor calls and review sales processes for quality assurance.
     


Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a sales or call center environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
