- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Quality Project Selection: Expertise in identifying and selecting high-quality projects on Upwork that align with our service offerings.
- Bidding and Proposal Writing: Proven experience in crafting persuasive proposals and overseeing the proposal writing process to secure projects.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Lead Generation: Strategically identify and pursue opportunities that result in successful sales, both for yourself and your team.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, set targets, and implement strategies to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Industry Focus: Target suitable opportunities within the digital industry, including web design/development, UI/UX, social media, graphic design projects, and more.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Upwork bidding and sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
